Rockwell Automation is a global technology leader focused on helping the world's manufacturers be more productive, sustainable, and agile.With more than 28,000 employees who make the world better every day, we know we have something special.Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life-saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.We welcome all makers, forward thinkers, and problem solvers who are looking for a place to do their best work.And if that's you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Plan, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules.Coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.Develop specifications for new contract orders.This Production Control Analysis will be responsible for $1.2M of Backlog, accomplish shipments of 156 STOs weekly, the analysis and released of 286 production orders, and the upload of 844 lines in the casual report.We are requesting a level 3 Materials Planner with solid experience in the planning and supply chain areas; in the proposal organization we are dividing our team in Production Planners and Supply Planners, we are adding responsibility of intercompany demand planning to improve the service between the sister plants.JOB COMPLEXITY Works on issues of diverse scope where requires evaluation of identifiable factors.Demonstrates in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.SUPERVISION Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignmentsDevelop and implement production control responsibilities including:- Master scheduling, production planning, coordination, and shop scheduling and dispatching.- Material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, manufacturing performance reporting.- Approve quantities, schedules and parts lists provided to the material control organization to ensure timely and complete ordering, and receipt and issuance of production material requirements.- Responsible of the Inventory levels, Supplier discrepancies, Mismatch Invoices, provide follow up with suppliers for prompt resolution.- Detailed Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering.or related- 5 years experience in a similar position.In both Spanish and English.- SAP management.- Experience in planning and dispatching supplier Analytical and proactiveYou will report to PCA Leader- Benefits:- Saving Fund- Food coupons.- Major medical insurance- Retirement benefitLI-OnsiteLI-GR2
