And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Main Responsabilities:Experience in:- Manage suppliers to reduce costs, improve quality, control inventories and ensure the timely flow of- material.- Monitor and report key performance metrics, including Purchase Price Variance, inventories,- shortages, and supplier performance.- Manage inventories to ensure continuous production while maximizing turns.- Develop a thorough working knowledge of assigned commodities and associated supplier base- Review and analyze proposals as necessary; develop new supplier sources who meet customer and company guidelines as necessary.- Supplier Management, collect Performance Data, Past due PO, Root Cause and corrective actions- Use automated information systems to produce and track purchase orders and related documentation; monitor schedule and delivery dates.- Resolve issues related to quantity, quality, delivery, and invoicing.- Ensure adequate documentation is available to provide the necessary support for government audits.- Maintain effective liaison with suppliers and necessary company operating departments to ensure an adequate flow of information concerning the progress of materials, anticipated delivery schedules, etc.Requirements & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering.- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.- Excellent communication skills via written and oral in both Spanish and English.- SAP management.- Microsoft Office managementLI-AP2
