Permanent, Remote (Global)GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world.The organization works with partners across sectors and borders to understand the drivers and impacts of generosity, explore giving behaviors and patterns, and use data to inspire more giving around the world.GivingTuesday offers the largest philanthropic data collaborative effort in the social sector — with unique, granular datasets from a wide range of organizations featuring key sector informationAs we scale up, we are expanding our team of data scientists, researchers and partnership staff, who will continue to grow and improve our unique data assets, methodologies, and technical infrastructure.In pursuit of the goals and expansion of the data commons, GivingTuesday partners with key organizations to leverage their expertise to manage and lead different aspects of the work.These data & technology partners (DARO, With Intent) manage staff, projects, and ongoing functions for the data commons with dedicated staff embedded in GivingTuesday in those capacities in cross-functional roles.This role is one of these positions - managed by our partner organizations but embedded in GivingTuesday's Data Team.About the PositionWe are looking for a Project Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating a wide variety of projects at GivingTuesday from start to finish.We are hiring for Project Coordinators across the Project Management, Knowledge Management, Partnerships, and Data Science (Research) teams.This position will focus on tracking the priorities, deliverables, and timelines for multiple projects.The work will span a range of data and technology projects related to the social good, with leading organizations in the non-profit and international development sectors.In addition, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for working on and completing project deliverables as required, learning about clients' needs, helping to diagnose and design solutions for client pain points, and for effective and positive client management.This can include conducting user needs interviews, distilling user or technical requirements from interviews, resolving technical data / workflow issues, developing elements of information architecture, and implementation support for solutions.ResponsibilitiesYour specific areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:Developing, coordinating, and owning project plans and timelines and leading their execution.Reporting to and communicating with clients and partners on a regular basis, using appropriate methods, channels, and tools.Interacting with and managing vendors according to project plans.Creating effective, clear deliverables and communication materials as needed (e.G., training documents, project updates, charts, and visuals).Participating in and supporting the work of the Senior Manager and staff on other projects as needed.Taking on administrative responsibilities as needed, including scheduling client meetings and stakeholder interviews.Learning (self-directed) about new skills, technology, and topics as needed.Experience comes in many forms, skills are transferable, and passion goes a long way.We're very interested in passion, commitment, and ability to think critically and solve difficult problems.Our work doesn't follow a template and we don't expect our staff to either.If you think you'd be right for this role, please applyBenefitsA knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced, and fun team.A competitive base salary.An impact statement you can be genuinely proud of.Opportunities for career advancement – we are here to support and work with you to explore your learning potential and career goals.International Basic Health CoverageMinimum three weeks of vacation time – (we are currently trialing an unlimited vacation policy).Position DetailsPosition type: Full-TimeLocation: RemoteTotal Annual Compensation: $300,000 MXN to $500,000 MXNApplication deadline: Rolling; applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.Priority will be given to early applications from qualified candidates.GivingTuesday is committed to a work environment where our employees feel included, valued, and heard.If you require any accessibility accommodation in the interviewing process please let us know.We know that applying for a job takes a lot of time and energy and we treat every application with care and attention.Only those applicants who are selected will be contacted.To apply, please provide your resume and a short cover letter describing your interest in the position.#J-*****-Ljbffr
