**A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr**:- Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world.- We are a global team, united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact.- We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by ****, if not sooner.**LET'S START WITH OUR VALUES**:- Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY- We do our best work by being CURIOUS- We grow by remaining DYNAMIC- Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE- At the heart of great partnerships, we'll always find EMPATHY**WHAT IS YOUR ROLE**:The Financial Systems Manager acts as a liaison between the Netsuite platform and the finance team.This role will work closely with our Senior Director of Technical Accounting to support all aspects related to NetSuite.**WHY DO WE WANT YOU**:We are looking for impact-driven individuals passionate about helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose.We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Oversee technical design and system configuration for Netsuite, including Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Cash Apps, Fixed Assets, Purchase Order, General Ledger modules.- Production support (Technical and Functional) of Netsuite Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Collections, Cash Apps, Fixed Assets, Purchase Order, General Ledger modules, and 3rd party integrations with Netsuite.- Provide technical support to cause and resolve operational issues and work with teams in month/quarter close activities.- Support the development activities for improvement projects.Provide programming of custom code and migrate the solutions to production.Participate in validation activities.- Maintain the technical documentation related to Netsuite.- Conduct gap-analysis and work with teams to customize and enhance Netsuite functionality to support the growth and changing needs of teams.- Manage the production migration of fixes and enhancements.- Prepare ad-hoc reports.- Chart of accounts/Master data maintenance.**Requirements**:**WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:**YOU ARE**- Curious and authentic, just like us#beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently, leveraging available tools and resources- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all work**YOU HAVE**- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field of study (CPA a big plus).- Experience in implementing and administering NetSuite.- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, formulas).- 3-5+ years working with a financial/accounting team with a variety of companies preferably in high-growth sectors.- Experience with understanding and troubleshooting technical problems.- Good communicator (written and oral)**Benefits**- Law Benefits- Private Health Insurance- Paid Time Off- Training- Life insurance- Mental Health Support- Learning and Development Programs
