The Regional Marketing Manager directly supports commercial growth, product adoption, and client engagement in key markets, helping the business win and retain customers in Brazil, Mexico, and the broader region.Responsibilities:Define and own the go-to-market strategy for Latin America, aligning marketing investments with business goals and market opportunities.Act as a trusted marketing advisor to regional commercial leaders to shape pipeline generation, product uptake, and brand positioning.Develop regional marketing roadmaps that balance global initiatives with localized priorities and market nuances.Execute integrated marketing programs across email, social media, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and events.Manage hosted and third-party event logistics from planning through delivery, including identification of strategic regional events.Oversee localization of global campaigns and digital assets into Spanish and Portuguese and maintain regional web/SEO content.Coordinate content production and distribution schedules and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency.Use marketing technology platforms (Marketo/Pardot, Salesforce, Cvent, CMS) to build, deploy, track campaigns, and report performance metrics with actionable insights.What We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English; fluent Spanish strongly preferred.Financial markets knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets; Ratings experience highly advantageous.Strategic thinking & executional precision: Ability to translate insights into actionable plans and deliver them flawlessly.Technology: Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce; Marketo preferred; Pardot or Eloqua helpful).Communication & collaboration: Excellent verbal and written skills across cultures and executive levels.Education & experience: An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 7+ years of extensive experience in marketing and management within financial services; bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree helpful.Application guidance: Candidates must clearly highlight language skills, financial market knowledge, and marketing technology expertise in their resume and cover letter.All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global Ratings office.
