**Head of Quality (QPP) II**Location Guadalajara, Mexico**Pacesetting.Passionate.Together.** HELLA is a listed, internationally positioned automotive supplier operating under the umbrella brand FORVIA.Within this de facto group, HELLA stands for high-performance lighting technology and automotive electronics.At the same time, the Company covers a broad service and product portfolio for the spare parts and workshop business as well as for manufacturers of special-purpose vehicles with its Lifecycle Solutions business group.HELLA has around 36,000 employees at more than 125 locations worldwide and generated consolidated sales of € 6.3 billion in the fiscal year *********.**YOUR TASKS****Job Objective.*****Responsible to coordinate incoming inspection if necessary in regards to quality related aspects for a defined plant or region.Initiating and dealing with quality-relevant issues for purchase parts in series production, including conducting and coordinating the necessary complaints management.Initiating charges and negotiating the reimbursement (if needed).Conducting regular meetings, Q-visits and audits at the suppliers within the context of Q-improvements in series production.Lead of the org.unit.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Quality assurance_- Processing the purchase parts complaints in accordance to the procedures.- Initiating, coordinating and organizing the necessary rework and sorting in consultation with internal departments and the suppliers.Inform the supplier about potential costs.- Management of not conforming purchased parts including inter-company parts (ERP and physically) and coordinate the further actions (e.g. rework, sorting, etc.).- Escalation to management level in case of relevant quality risks which cannot be resolved by the supplier or by the project team.- Collect the complaint related costs (e.g. in SAP/Q220 order) including all documents (e.g. invoices, test reports, etc.).- Following up supplier 8D reports (technical) regarding content and timing.- Perform 8D evaluation (technical) (e.g. in SAP).- Lead supplier development program.- Conduct supplier visits and audits (e.g. VDA 6.3).- Release of ISIR/PPAP (valid for GL and GH) respectively ISIR handover (valid for GL, GH, GE).- Plan and conduct incoming inspection for purchased parts including documentation (e.g. in SAP) (considering input from QPD).- Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchased parts.- Initiating escalation and take the lead according to the escalation process for suppliers (responsibility matrix escalation).- Responsible to manage quarantine area of purchased parts.- Leadership_- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure.Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks.- Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks.- Responsible for hiring and performance evaluation as well as qualification demands.- Carrying out other tasks related to this position.(including examining as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Completed bachelor's degree or engineering- 4 to 5 years of experience.- Handling of customer requirements and quality audits.- Advanced English.Take the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Ivan LeijaPhone:
