_**ACSI's fast-growing team is in search of a BILINGUAL TRAINER to handle Onboarding and Continuous developmental training for agents that work with our many US-based clients.We are looking for Trainers who thrive in dynamic environments and have previous Call Center Training experience.**_- **Responsibilities**:_- Support operations- Research, develop and implement Training.- Evaluate and recommend corrective actions.- Coaching, continuous support, and motivation.- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as the Google Documents suite.Training efforts can be conducted in a live classroom setting, through online remote training, and via standalone E-learning modules.- **Requirements**:_- US Visa preferred.- Work on pressure.- Excellent attitude.- Proactive and with initiative.- Very good personal presentation.- Previous Call center experience is a plus.- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.- Minimum English level of 95% (verbal and written).- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $5,****** - $5,****** a la semanaBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidosHorario:- Turno matutinoPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidad
