ACSI’s fast-growing team is in search of a BILINGUAL TRAINER to handle Onboarding and Continuous developmental training for agents that work with our many US-based clients. We are looking for Trainers who thrive in dynamic environments and have previous Call Center Training experience.**Responsibilities**:- Support operations- Research, develop and implement Training.- Evaluate and recommend corrective actions.- Coaching, continuous support, and motivation.- Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as the Google Documents suite.**Requirements**:- US Visa preferred.- Work on pressure.- Excellent attitude.- Proactive and with initiative.- Very good personal presentation.- Previous Call center experience is a plus.- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.- Minimum English level of 95% (verbal and written).- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar position.**ON SITE POSITION**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinidoExperiência:- Bilingual Trainer: 1 año (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
