**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**- Responsible for keeping accounting and financial information reflecting the company's operation that will help the decision making process.SPECIFIC TASKS/ MAIN ACTIVITIES* Applies the accounting principles to install and maintain the operational system of General Accounting that provides reports of the assets, liabilities and financial transactions in the company* Keeps the accounting and records, or supervises subordinates in bookkeeping activities, such as the record of disbursements, expenses and tax payments, and maintaining control of inventories and purchases.* Maintains the Internal Control System and ensures compliance* Responsible for the timely closing and reporting of financial information* Responsible for the analysis and explanation of financial results against budget and forecast* Responsible for the preparation of Budgets and Forecasts* Responsible for all internal and external audits* Key member of the local management team in identification of opportunities to reduce cost, improve processes and drive operational performance* Responsible for timely communication of necessary information or issues with superiors, headquarters, or other colleagues as required* Responsible for the formulation of the required Statutory financial statements, social security declarations, SAT, Infonavit and its presentation to the respective offices.* Monitors the employees' liquidations and controls the transfer of funds for bank balance control.* Verifies contracts, purchase orders, receipts and supervises the preparation of reports.* Keeps the Financial Operation Procedures and is responsible of generating finance reports.* Trains, evaluates and assigns tasks to the Finance personnel.**Experiência y requisitos**- Reports functionally to the GMT Group Controller and disciplinarily the Plant Manager.- Positions that will report directly: Accounting Assistant, Payroll Supervisor.* Education Requirements: Licensed Public Accountant and a Master Degree preferably.* Required Experience: More than 7 years in the Finance Department.* English Language Skills: Advanced (Fluency to make Project Presentations, etc)* Skills: Negotiation, Leadership, Windows, Word, Excel.* Knowledge: Handling of TRESS System, NOMIPAQ, CONTPAQ, ORACLE preferably.Knowledge of the Quality System requirements**Organización**- Amphenol Thermometrics**Correo de contacto**-- copiar**Giro**- Maquiladora (Export.)**Actividad principal**- Ensamble de sensores médicos, automotrices e industriales.**Número de empleados**- 650**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Contabilidad y Finanzas**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Inglés **Hablado: 90%, Escrito: 90%**Sexo** Indistinto
