Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving engagement. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive customer journey frameworks and messages. Lead initiatives that promote customer loyalty, including outreach programs, feedback loops, and community building. Measure and report on customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Manage and mentor a team dedicated to customer engagement efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement. Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. ~5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or related fields. ~ Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer engagement strategies. ~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. ~ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders. ~ Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals. ~ Proficiency with CRM tools and customer engagement technologies. ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
