**Business Systems Analyst: SAP CRM functional****CRM Service area: Field Service**Must have**CRM Service area: Service Contracts**Must have**CRM Service area: RMA's**Must have**Help Desk Experience**Nice to have**SAP CRM Sales**Nice to have**Marketing Experience**Nice to have- Implement new and enhance existing functionality including articulating requirements and translating them to effective solutions in SAP CRM.- Having broad expertise or unique knowledge in the area of Field Service, Service Contracts and Help Desk.- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in solving complex business problems and coaches /mentors other team members with design leadership to achieve organizational goals- Perform configuration /system changes to meet business requirements as needed.- Lead cross-functional meetings as part of requirements gathering, driving projects or providing status updates on various projectsFacilitate change management and transition to future state working with various stakeholders.Competency is based on: education, training, skills and experience.In order to adequately perform the responsibilities of this position the individual should have:1. Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience2. 5-8 years of experience in supporting Call-Center, Field Service and Service Contracts in SAP CRM3. Supporting users in a medical device company desirable4. Possess a strong business and customer/client focus.5. Experience with deep understanding of IT Applications and Technology6. Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills8. Very strong collaboration, negotiation, and influence capability required**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 18 months**Salary**: Up to $***** per hourAbility to commute/relocate:- Monterrey, N.
