Overview:**We Are PepsiCo**Join PepsiCo and Dare for BetterWe are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**PepsiCo's Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization has been established to drive PepsiCo's Digital Transformation and critical strategic initiatives globally, for all sectors and functions.Within the S&T organization, we are building our Change Center of Excellence.The Change COE enables the S&T strategic agenda by providing CM expertise supporting PepsiCo's "Big Bets."The Change CoE will lead Change Management for priority transformation programs by owning change management, global frameworks and tools, and through growing S&T Change talent.**Your Impact**As **Change Management Manager** your scope would consist of:- Leverages established CM methodologies/tools to develop and execute the strategic plan supporting implementation, execution and adoption.- Leads the change management for global functional teams including setting change strategy and managing change related project plans.- Role will manage all change management deliverables including change plan, leadership alignment, communications, change impacts, training/Super Users, Change Agent Network and value realization- Oversee the communication strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop communications plans- Oversee the training strategy and works with key stakeholders to develop training plans- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the organization- Develop strategy to engage and successfully maintain strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams- Successfully translates theoretical approaches, past experiences and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery- Ensure change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded- Drives, monitors and manages change workstream delivery - ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget- Works with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) to build change management understanding and ensure leaders are prepared to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.- Manages change related interdependencies across workstreams within the projectQualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Communications or related field required; Master's Degree preferred- Minimum of 5-7 years industry experience or human capital consulting experience with strong knowledge and working experience with change management, organizational design, organization culture, and business transformation**Desired Characteristics**:- Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Prosci® Change Practitioner certification strongly preferred- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items- Experience with business transformation and change management- Experience in Project Management (i.e. activities related to project planning, delivery and sustainment)- Experience or exposure to Organization Design, Process Re-Design, Learning & Development / Instructional Design preferred.- Strong consultative and diagnostic, problem-solving skills- Ability to work through organizational complexity- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines- Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage and influence others- Strong analytic skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among ot
