Overview:**We Are PepsiCo**Join PepsiCo and dare to transformWe are the perfect place for curious people, thinkers and change agents.From leadership to front lines, we're excited about the future and working together to make the world a better place.Being part of PepsiCo means being part of one of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, with our iconic brands consumed more than a billion times a day in more than 200 countries.In PepsiCo Mexico is one of the most important consumer products companies in the country.Our product portfolio, which includes 22 of the world's most iconic brands, such as Sabritas, Gamesa, Quaker, Pepsi, Gatorade and Sonrics, has been a part of Mexican homes for more than 116 years.A career at PepsiCo means working in a culture where all people are welcome.Here, you can dare to be you.No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**PepsiCo has embarked on a digital transformation journey to support long-term goals and develop key capabilities aimed at accelerating growth and driving efficiency.A top priority in our global digital strategy agenda is the Sales Effectiveness Program, which focuses on optimizing all components of the sales value chain to drive revenue growth and productivity.This program lays the foundation for a seamless cross-functional and omni-channel integrated experience for PEP sales teams.Within the Sales Effectiveness program, several digital products are being developed to upskill and reskill our associates.The B2B program is one of the three products poised to take our Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation to the next level, enabling a digital approach to efficiently engage with independent customers, driving incremental net revenue (NR) growth via store-specific targets, facilitating digital ordering, and enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.The role of the Global SE B2B Change Management Manager is a new strategic position that will oversee the design of the change management (CM) methodology for the B2B program.This includes developing the change strategy, stakeholder engagement plan, change impact assessment, and other critical components to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of the B2B digital solutions across various sectors and markets.The Global SE B2B Change Management Manager will assume a strategic, advisory, and leadership role in the design, development, implementation, and sustainability of global B2B Change and Capability/Learning playbooks and tools.They will also support the consistent delivery and execution of associated program deliverables and activities across sectors to drive organizational adoption.This role will collaborate closely with Sector/Market Change leads to develop tailored and effective change plans, learnings, and tools that meet local needs.The role will identify and coordinate activities to support the transition, analyzing the impact of the Global B2B Program SE solution on local teams, processes, and technology.Additionally, the role will oversee the operationalization of Sector/Market change plans and transition/training activities, ensuring adaptability and integration across the market, from leadership to frontline as appropriate.Reporting to the Global B2B Leader, this role is responsible for leading and coordinating a smooth global B2B change journey and supporting local adoption of the program.Ultimately, the success of this role will be measured by the overall global program adoption, the effectiveness of new ways of working, solution proficiency, and the realization and maximization of the Market's transformational business value.**Your Impact****As Global B2B Change Management Manager, your scope would consist of **- Partner with Global SE Program Leadership Team and Market B2B Program Deployment and Change Leads to shape Sector/Market Program Change Agenda- Drive, monitor and manage the Global B2B Program Change Adoption strategy, plan and the key workstreams ensuring change milestones are met and are user-centric- Develop the Global B2B Program Change playbook template for associated capabilities and processes to be refined and localized across Sector/Market deployments- Identify and assess Global B2B Change complexity, readiness, change integration/interdependency opportunities and risks- Identify, develop and integrate the necessary Global Change Adoption playbook activities to support future transition by facilitating local Sector/Market change impact workshops to effectively understand From-To and areas of impact (direct and indirect) to support Sector/Market operationalization- Partner with Global B2B Program Leader with Governance/Stakeholder Engagement, supporting and coordinating Global stakeholder and leadership meetings and
