VirtueStaff is seeking an articulate and self-confident Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience for our client. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can work independently in a remote setting while managing complex litigation tasks. You will be responsible for end-to-end case management, from drafting legal documents and coordinating discovery to electronic filing with Arizona courts and assisting with trial preparation. Responsibilities Perform general case management, including maintaining case calendars, tracking deadlines, and organizing case files Draft various litigation documents such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and subpoenas Execute electronic filing of documents with both state and federal Arizona courts Assist with trial readiness by preparing exhibit lists, witness lists, and trial binders Maintain professional communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel Coordinate document production and review processes Actively schedule, calendar/docket, and monitor all relevant case deadlines Contribute to team success by assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience specifically as a litigation paralegal High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Experience with legal case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSound judgment and strong attention to detail Superior time management skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting Must be an articulate, self-confident problem solver Benefits Work From Home Performance Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
