This role is critical in handling case documentation, client communications, and coordination with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in personal injury claims.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with Personal Injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, and other bodily injury claims.Manage cases from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Draft, review, and organize legal documents such as demand letters, medical summaries, pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and settlement packages.Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking clients to obtain information, provide case updates, and explain legal procedures.Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and expert documentation.Coordinate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, lien holders, and experts.Prepare exhibits and materials for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial.Maintain legal calendars, track statutes of limitations, deadlines, and court filings at the state and federal levels.Assist with case valuation, damages analysis, and settlement preparation.RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury (pre-litigation and/or litigation).Fluent in English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education.Solid understanding of U.S. Personal Injury law and civil litigation procedures.Strong legal writing skills, excellent organization, and high attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Proficiency with legal case management software such as Clio, MyCase, Filevine, Litify, or similar platforms.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with U.S. insurance carriers and handling bodily injury claims.Familiarity with medical terminology, liens, and settlement negotiations.Experience supporting attorneys in Personal Injury litigation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a legal team.CompensationThis role is hired as a contractor, 100% Remote and, payment in USD.
