SummaryThe Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist leads cross-functional projects aimed at standardizing, simplifying, enhancing, automating, and improving operations within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization.The role will focus on driving transformation across core functional areas including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).This is a high-impact role for a hands-on problem solver and change agent who can blend Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Project Management methodologies with strong data analysis and automation know-how.Scope and ImpactThis role operates across the entire GBS organization, driving performance and transformation initiatives that touch all transactional and analytical operations within P2P, O2C, and R2R.The Senior Specialist will influence both strategic and tactical decisions, working closely with functional leaders, process owners, and digital enablement teams.The outcomes of this role will directly impact service quality, cost efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder satisfaction across the global enterprise.Success will be measured by tangible improvements in process cycle times, automation adoption, compliance to standard work, and realized cost savings.ResponsibilitiesLead and execute end-to-end continuous improvement initiatives across GBS functions (P2P, O2C, R2R)Lead and deliver results through influence, engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution without direct authorityDevelop and implement a GBS-wide Operational Excellence framework, including the design and rollout of standard work practices, governance models, and performance routines to drive consistent execution and service qualityAssess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile techniquesDrive standardization, process simplification, and documentation of core activitiesDocument current and future state processes in a structured format to enable RPA and BI automation initiatives, ensuring completeness and readiness for technical developmentCollaborate with functional teams to design and implement automation solutions (e.G., Macros, VBA, RPA, Python) to reduce manual work and enhance accuracyDefine operational and performance metrics, manage and validate data sources, and support the development of insightful reports and dashboards to track progress and drive data-driven decisionsDevelop and monitor KPIs to track project impact and ensure sustainability of improvementsFacilitate workshops, kaizen events, and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvementAct as a liaison between operations and technical teams to define requirements for automation and digitalization initiativesSupport the development of a GBS-wide Continuous Improvement roadmap and governance modelPrepare business cases, project charters, and benefit realization plans for initiatives#J-*****-Ljbffr
