Project Manager (Remote : Mexico)STS, a recognized leader in delivering comprehensive inspection, testing, and auditing services tailored for renewable energy projects, is looking for a Project Manager to drive success in our renewable energy projects across 16 countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple projects, maintaining seamless coordination among teams.Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and status updates.Ensure quality compliance through inspections, testing, audits, and by enforcing industry standards and regulations.Lead quality assurance processes, resolve quality issues, and manage project claims and complaints.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies and safety standards.Produce comprehensive project reports and analyze KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvements.Use data insights to recommend process optimizations and enhance overall project efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field.3+ years of experience in project roles in the renewable energy industry and handling commercial roles is preferred.Customer-centric mindset with exceptional relationship management skills.Further certification on project management is a plus.Expertise in CRM platforms and techniques to maintain high-quality standards.ContractFull time (contractor)Type: Full TimeReports to: Head of Project ManagementBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Professional development and career advancement opportunities.STS – At the Forefront of the Global Renewable Energy Industry.We serve as technical advisors, auditors, and inspectors, empowering our clients to make sustainable decisions for every aspect of their projects.Join our extraordinary global team and become a catalyst for growth in the renewable energy sector.Global, Diverse and Inclusive.#J-*****-Ljbffr
