Financial Insights AnalystThis role is responsible for generating actionable financial insights by analyzing revenue, expense, capital expenditures and working capital.The Financial Insights Analyst will work as a strategic partner with key leaders in the company to provide data-driven support and drive performance.Key Responsibilities1.Create Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly reports on revenues, expenses, capital expenditures and working capital.Analyze variances against prior year and budget and identify trends and areas of improvement.2.Participate in annual budget and monthly forecast processes, ensuring precision and alignment with strategic goals.3.Partner with business units to provide data-driven insights and support on strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.4.Provide explanations and bridges for variances against budget, forecast and prior year for various business units and product lines.5.Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.6.Support Corporate Development projects.7.Develop and refine financial models in FP&A software to enhance forecasting, reporting, and decision-making processes.Requirements1.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.2.Minimum three years of experience in finance or accounting, FP&A and/or business support experience preferred.3.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.4.Strong understanding of financial principles, cost accounting, and financial modeling.5.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.6.Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP S4/Hana preferred.7.Advanced Excel skills; prior experience with Power BI and FP&A applications preferred.8.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.LocationThis role requires attendance at the Mexican office in Interlomas 1-5 days per month.
