Descripción y detalle de las actividadesWarehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and implementing Lean and Lean Six Sigma projects within Supply Chain to improve business performance in alignment with key initiatives across the organization by identifying and removing processes waste.Must be highly skilled in lean strategy, methodology and tools to instill associate's improvement for the better culture and serve as a change agent able to coordinate all functional areas in Supply Chain including customers and suppliers.Plan, design, execute and sustain very effective processes that delivers value to the organization improving cost by systematically removing non-value adding improving productivity and as consequence cost structure.Experiencia y requisitosKanban, Point of Use, VSM/VSD, supermarket design, proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Power point)Strong communication, oral, written and presentationDemonstrated Facilitation skillsAbility to interact with all levels within the organizationWork with minimal supervisionKnowledge overall supply chain processes from vendor to customerAbility to develop strategies and working plan as well as organize and schedule people daily work and tasks;Target oriented and easy to make decisions based always on data, accountable to achieving goals and standardsStrong sense of urgency around tangible resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityAble to demonstrate leadership without formal authorityWork well in a team environment, with sound negotiation and issue resolution skillsAbility to assume a role of authority as necessary; advocate new ideas, even when risk is involved; delegate responsibility and empower teams to make decisions; provide constructive feedback to othersAbility to apply systems thinking to generate solutions; focus on process rather than isolated events; Use tools to define problems; Be systematic in identifying problem areas and opportunitiesBeing open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.Ability to influence positive change effectivelyBachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 3 plus years’ experienceLean Manufacturing / Six Sigma certifications desirableEnglish / Spanish speakerBeneficiosSeguro de gastos médicosUniformeServicios medicos en plantaComedorFondo de ahorroSeguro de vida #J-18808-Ljbffr
