About Olé LifeOlé Life is not building a traditional insurance company — it's rewriting the rules of how protection works in Latin America.The company already protects more than 10,000 families, doubles its size every year, and is backed by top-tier investors such as PayPal Ventures and Mundi Ventures.Its mission is clear: to make life insurance more accessible, digital, and human, through product innovation, USD-based protection, and a fully digital experience across the region.An opportunity to grow with Olé Life during the most dynamic stage of its expansion in Latin America.The PositionOlé Life is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to design and implement the systems and processes that power its commercial engine.The selected candidate will play a central role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Retention, ensuring that data, automations, and workflows scale efficiently as the company continues to grow across the region.This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the CRM (preferably HubSpot), as well as the dashboards, reports, and integrations that provide visibility and support to strategic business decisions.The position reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and will be a key partner to the Revenue leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation, configuration, and administration of Olé Life's CRM (HubSpot preferred).Design workflows, automations, and integrations to ensure scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.Build and maintain dashboards and reports that consolidate metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Retention, driving visibility and accountability.Collaborate with the Revenue team on forecasting, pipeline tracking, and commercial goal achievement.Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification across the go-to-market operation (HubSpot, Slack, and other tools).Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that data and KPIs are reliable, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.Provide insights and analysis that guide decisions and support growth objectives.Requirements2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM), including automation, reporting, and data management.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Clay) and basic understanding of APIs or scripting.Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on scalable solutions.Based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Mexico City (Mexico), São Paulo (Brazil), or Lima (Peru).What Olé Life OffersCompetitive compensation + performance-based incentives.The opportunity to join a mission-driven company in hypergrowth.Professional development and real impact in the industry.A multicultural, remote-friendly team built on transparency and ownership.The chance to transform how insurance is experienced across Latin America.#J-*****-Ljbffr
