Sobre el puesto Buscamos un ServiceNow Developer, ubicado en México, con experiencia sólida en el desarrollo, configuración e integración de soluciones sobre la plataforma ServiceNow. El rol requiere experiencia sólida en scripting, workflows e integraciones, además de conocimiento en procesos ITGC y SOX, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con equipos internacionales. Requisitos +4 años de experiencia trabajando con ServiceNow (desarrollo, scripting, workflows e integraciones). Dominio de ServiceNow scripting, Service Portal y diseño de consultas complejas. Experiencia comprobable en documentación y soporte de procesos ITGC y SOX. Conocimientos sólidos en frameworks ITIL o similares. Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas en entornos corporativos. Inglés avanzado (capacidad de comunicación diaria con equipos internacionales). Responsabilidades Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones sobre la plataforma ServiceNow, garantizando calidad, escalabilidad y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas. Extraer y manipular datos desde ServiceNow mediante consultas y scripts personalizados. Configurar y mantener workflows, integraciones, Service Portal y automatizaciones dentro de la plataforma. Generar y mantener documentación relacionada con procesos ITGC y SOX. Comprender y diferenciar los procesos SOX (RU, SOD, CM1, CM3, etc.) para elaborar la documentación correspondiente. Participar activamente en revisiones técnicas y auditorías internas para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo. Ofrecemos Trabajo 100% remoto - vacante para talentos ubicados en México. Salario en USD.
