  • Minimum of 5+ years ServiceNow development experience.
  • The ServiceNow Developer role is responsible for configuring and developing capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in change and Release Management.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.

  • Mid Server architecture to Telephonic Systems with Integrations and Problem-solving
  • Experience in change and Release Management Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Integrations with Workday and some ingrown HUB applications.
  • Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs for integration with external applications.
  • Create and customize Service Portals utilizing AngularJS and ServiceNow widgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document system requirements.
  • Implement and configure various ITIL processes in ServiceNow modules.
  • Perform thorough testing of applications, troubleshooting and debugging as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Provide support for application users and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Participate in Agile development methodology practices.
