Manage personal accounts by proactively following up- Must be able to adapt to Envision's expanding curriculum and partners to provide a personalized customer experience- Communicate in an effective and timely fashion between families and proper internal personnel- Provide high-quality customer service to WorldStrides partners and customers- Ensure effective and timely bi-directional communication between customers, relevant internal stakeholders, and external partners.**Requirements**:**Position Qualifications**:- Degree & Certifications (preferred)- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent of work experience**Skills & Knowledge (required)**:- Strong English written and verbal communication skills- Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel; and ability to learn additional computer products to support business needs- Strong keyboarding and computer skills- Ability to work in professional work environment- Demonstrated initiative- Must be extremely customer oriented and a team player- Solid customer service skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi task- At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales
