Provide business analysis, formulate recommendations to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas.Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes.Support and manage from end-to-end Operations Development projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.**Main Responsibilities**:- Manage cross functional/network/global projects for Operations Development functional area.- Perform: business process analysis and mapping, business case definition, "what if" scenarios mapping, on demand research about latest technologies, methodologies etc.- Identify and propose new project opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and innovate within CEMEX operations.- Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation.- Support CEMEX digitalization process, participating in projects related with new technologies, data models, artificial intelligence and IoT.**Position Challenges**:- Responsible for global, cross functional initiatives working on multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.- Multiple cross functional and regional stakeholder management- Adapt to a fast-paced matrix organization with always changing environment and priorities.- Self-starter, proactive, in solving complex and not clearly defined business problems**Qualifications**:Bachelor degree in Finance, Systems, Adminsitration or Egineering.Fluent English and SpanishKnoledge of PC Programs such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Visio, Blue Works, Programming Softwares, Power BI or data visualization software.**Technical skills**:- 2 to 3 years in Business analysis, process management, process improvement, project management experience- Business intelligence and reporting experience- Basic knowledge of new ways of working methodologies (Design Thinking, Service design Agile Management principles)- Basic knowledge of building materials production processes, change management- Key finance management concepts awareness- ERP, CRM, or other key IT enterprise systems**Soft Skills**:- Interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.- Committed and passionate- Effective Communication, influencing and good presentation skills.- Hands-on mentality- Customer Service Oriented- Analytical and detail oriented- Capability to explain and "translate" into simple, actionable, terms abstract concepts.- Proactive and problem-solving oriented mindset.- Innovative mindset**Internal/External Relations**:INTERNAL:- Global Development Areas Leaders & teams- P&IT Areas Leaders & teams: IT Opps, IT Planning, IT Security, Data Architecture, Deployment, Emerging Technologies, etc.- Program Management Office- Regional Deployment teamsEXTERNAL:- Research Organizations & Foundations (i.e. APQC, Linux Foundation)- Key technology/software/data vendors**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.We respect diversity, we address the inclusion and non-discrimination of any talented person, regardless of gender, physical ability, age, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, marital status, pregnancy / maternity / paternity and nationality.We promote a culture of equity for the construction of a sustainable business and the well-being and development of CEMEX employees.
