Provide business analysis, formulate recommendations to ensure alignment and integration across functional areas.Read and translate business needs into value generating performance management solutions and processes.Support and manage from end-to-end Commercial Development projects ensuring high customer satisfaction.**Main Responsibilities**:- Manage cross functional/network/global projects for Commercial Development functional area.- Develop process and systems expertise in Lead to Cash processes- Perform: business process analysis and mapping, business case definition, "what if" scenarios mapping, on demand research about latest technologies, methodologies etc.- Identify and propose new project opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and innovate within CEMEX operations.- Execute global/regional/country consulting services in all phases: discovery, definition, development, and implementation.- Support CEMEX digitalization process, participating in projects related with new technologies, data models, artificial intelligence and IoT.**Position Challenges**:- Responsible for global, cross functional initiatives working on multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.- Multiple cross functional and regional stakeholder management- Adapt to a fast-paced matrix organization with always changing environment and priorities.- Self-starter, proactive, in solving complex and not clearly defined business problems**Qualifications**:- Bachelor degree in: Finance, Administration, Engineer, Data Analytics, Information Technology or Programming.- Languages: English & Spanish 100% proficient.- Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Share Point, Process Modelling tools: Visio, Blue Works, Programming Software, Power BI or Data VisualizationTechnical skills:- 1 to 2 years in Business analysis, process management, process improvement and project mgmt- Previous experience in Business intelligence and reporting experience- Basic knowledge in: Design Thinking, Service design Agile Management principles, change management- Key finance management concepts awareness- Understanding of ERP, CRM, or other key IT enterprise systemsSoft Skills:- Capable of interacting with multi-cultural and multi-generational teams.- Effective Communication, influencing and good presentation skills.- Customer Service Oriented- Have an innovative mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit and are passionate about driving change**Internal/External Relations**:Internal:- Global Commercial Areas Leaders & teams- P&IT Areas Leaders & teams: IT Opps, IT Planning, IT Security, Data Architecture, Deployment, Emerging Technologies, etc.- Program Management Office- Regional Deployment teamsExternal:- Research Organizations & Foundations (i.e. APQC, Linux Foundation)- Key technology/software/data vendors**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.We respect diversity, we address the inclusion and non-discrimination of any talented person, regardless of gender, physical ability, age, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, marital status, pregnancy / maternity / paternity and nationality.We promote a culture of equity for the construction of a sustainable business and the well-being and development of CEMEX employees.
