Circular Economy Policy Expert About the Opportunity We are creating a pool of Junior and Senior Non Key Expert for EU-Circular Economy and Water Facility project. Experts in this pool will be contacted during the implementation of the project when the need arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply. Role Summary The expert will support the development of enabling policies, regulatory frameworks, and institutional capacities for circular economy transitions in partner countries. Key Responsibilities Analyse and develop circular economy policies, strategies, and action plans. Support policy dialogue with governments, institutions, and EU Delegations. Conduct assessments of legislative and institutional frameworks. Draft policy briefs, guidelines, and strategic recommendations. Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy, Public Policy, Economics, Sustainability Studies, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred. Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in circular economy policy development or environmental policy reform. Minimum 3 years working with government ministries, public institutions, or international cooperation programmes. Experience drafting policy frameworks, regulatory analyses, or strategies. Skills Strong understanding of circular economy systems, regulatory instruments, and EU policy principles. Ability to prepare high-quality policy documents and present recommendations to stakeholders. Languages Excellent command of English (required). French or Spanish desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
