**Learning & Development/Training Analyst**Autoliv is the world's largest automotive safety supplier, with sales to all major car manufacturers in the world.More than 68,000 associates in 27 countries are passionate about our vision of Saving More Lives.Bring your authentic self- join to our family of heroesThe diversity you bring will help us to keeping people safe.If your skills can help save lives, you'll find a home at Autoliv.**Where you will work**:Querétaro Technical Center | Parque Industrial O' Donnell**What you'll do**:- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) training records for all sites across Autoliv Americas.- Prepare data in the appropriate format for mass uploads and scheduled reporting.- Provide administrative support for the LMS, including user account management, course content updates, and system configuration.- Actively participate in the LMS Regional Superuser Team and assist the Systems Administrator with ad hoc projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, and data cleansing.- Collaborate with sites in Mexico to prepare and submit required documentation through designated compliance platforms (e.g., SIRCE) or government portals.- Utilize the LMS and other learning technologies to administer, track, and evaluate training programs and participant progress.- Support training event coordination, including customized training sessions, event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as needed.**What is required**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, IT or equivalent- Experience with Learning Management System Administration- Experience with SIRCE requirements considered a plus- Experience with Power BI considered a plus- Bilingual English & Spanish- Intermediate Excel**What's in it for you**:- Attractive compensation package- Flexible Options (schedule, remote work)- Recognition awards, company events, family events, university discount options and many more perks.- Gender Pay EqualityAutoliv is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.Autoliv does not discriminate in any aspect of employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, gender identify and/or expression, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local employment discrimination laws where Autoliv does business.
