Our client is a top-tier international financial services company specializing in high-quality online trading solutions. In partnership, we are looking for a motivated Spanish & English-speaking HR Manager to join their Mexico City office and lead HR operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Location: Mexico City, MexicoWork Model: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Financial Services / Online TradingLanguages: Spanish (C1), English (B2) — Portuguese is a plusCompensation: Competitive salary packageResponsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, with a strong focus on front-office and technical rolesCollaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiringCoordinate onboarding/offboarding and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor lawsMaintain accurate HR records and support payroll and benefits processesAssist in performance management and employee development planningProvide HR policy guidance to staff and leadershipLead or support strategic HR initiatives and internal projectsOrganize team-building activities and internal eventsAct as a trusted partner for employees and departments across the organization?
