Overview:PepsiCo Global Business Services (GBS) works hand-in-hand with teams across the company to deliver, simplify and automate processes and solutions, helping everyone to work more efficiently.We provide capability excellence that enables operational excellence to fuel PepsiCo's growth and drive competitive advantage.The GBS team is powered by a skilled team of experienced colleagues who value collaboration and operate with a solutions-oriented mindset.As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**Responsibilities**:**Finance Support Coordinator****Main Purpose**This role will ensure the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of the Mosaic tools and processes (IBM Planning analytics & Alteryx).The coordinator will interact with PBNA end-users of MOSAIC on a daily basis, guiding and helping them conduct planning activities on MOSAIC.Qualifications:- Key Functional Responsibilities_- _ Support core financial planning processes (Month-end closing, Forecast, AOP, etc.) through data collection, verification and processing, to ensure timely submission to GBS and Sector, looking for automation, digitalization and streamlining of current processes_- _ Work closely with Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders (Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.) supporting and ensuring a robust and working solution across PBNA_- _ Work closely with the IT/consulting houses to test the system as it is being developed and drive enhancements_- _ Escalate issues as they arise to the IT and Business design team - coordinate action plans in response to findings and ensure timely resolution _- _Ensure linkages between cubes exist (e.g. sales demand to COGS volume) master data connections are mapped_**Requirements**:- Minimum 3-4 years prior experience with Planning/Forecasting and/or strong analytical skills,- Advanced expertise in MS-Excel; Knowledge of Financial systems (SAP, HFM, TM1, Alteryx, other)- Proficiency in English- Good understanding of business processes related to financial planning and control- Experience with collaborative and proactive work with multi-functional teams**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo
