**Job Function**:Technology Product & Platform Management**Job Sub Function**:Business Systems Analysis**Job Category**:Scientific/Technology**All Job Posting Locations**:Juarez, Chihuahua, MexicoDiversity, Equity & Inclusion are essential to continue building our history of pioneering and innovation, which has been impacting the health of more than 1 billion patients and consumers every day for more than 130 years.Regardless of your race, belief, sexual orientation, religion, or any other trait, YOU are welcome in all open positions at the largest healthcare company in the world.When You Join Johnson & Johnson, Your Move Could Mean Our Next Breakthrough.**We are searching for the best talent for Product Analyst II to be in Cd.Juarez, Independencia Plant****Purpose**:This role is accountable for local JJT products and infrastructure of the Manufacturing sites located in Ciudad Juarez Mexico.As a Product Analyst on the HPT (High Performance Team) role, owns vision and prioritization of new features and/or enhancements to a product / platform (or scope of the product addressed by the squad) and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories; accountable for value delivery and value realization at the squad level for the site.SQUAD (JJT Site Leader, Technical Product Owner, Technical Services Site Delivery Leader, Product Analyst and Business Product Owners from other functions such as Automation and Engineering) team for the site.**You will be responsible for**:In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:- Effectively understands and documents the business requirements and conveys them in a precise and understandable way to the technical team.- Act as the "voice of the customer" within the squad to ensure the squad "builds the right thing"- Plan resourcing for the squad (i.e. new role, change in role), create ASOE requests, interview, select and onboard members to join the squad.- Work closely with Product/Platform Manager to establish the products' business value and support messaging, comms and customer outreach as necessary.- Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards.- Interact with other Squads within the Product / Platform as part of synchronization ceremonies to implement cross-squad tasks- Work with Lead Engineer to balance tech debt with feature delivery- Own and manage documentation and information.- In partnership with the Technical Product Analyst, they ensure that systems meet company standards for security, compliance and data privacy- Collaborate to ensure all partners are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies; leads and optimizes the flow of value using various tools and reporting cadence.- Troubleshoots and facilitates troubleshooting with existing platforms; proactively prevents problems from happening again.- Participate in technical design, contributing points of view and ideas that help translate business needs into specific solutions- Drives collaboration and alignment inside and outside the IT Operating Model with related internal and external Partners.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.- Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.- Performs other duties assigned as needed.- Include all the activities mentioned above, and Supports all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments, including External Manufacturing for the Plant.- Writes and review technical documentation for the Software product being implemented.- Creates reports and do some basic level analytics to provide visibility on squad performance and monitor sprint metrics.- Ensures continuous improvement across the product lifecycle- Engagement with third parties to support delivery of squad objectives.- Understands the selection of solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing.- Accountable for shaping and achieving squad OKRs.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- Bilingual English/ Spanish is required (verbal, and written)- Experience within a GxP and environment is required.- Experience in Software documentat
