**Job Summary:**We are seeking a highly experienced Sr.Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our industrial engineering initiatives and drive operational excellence across the manufacturing site.This role is responsible for developing, executing, and communicating the Industrial Engineering strategy aligned to site and global business objectives.- Develop and execute the Industrial Engineering roadmap to achieve strategic goals.- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers to optimize processes and improve productivity.- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.- Influence cross-functional leaders and drive alignment for engineering initiatives and improvement programs.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Strategy- Analyze workflows, material flow, and production lines to identify improvement opportunities and remove waste.- Conduct time studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, and ergonomic assessments to ensure optimal performance.- Define and implement standardized work, manufacturing best practices, and performance metrics.- Lead Kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions (A3, DMAIC, 5 Why, etc.).Process Optimization- Evaluate and deploy automation solutions, advanced manufacturing technologies, and Industry 4.0 tools.- Utilize data analytics, dashboards, and simulation models to predict bottlenecks and optimize plant performance.- Support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new technologies.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.- Provide industrial engineering support for New Product Introduction (NPI), new equipment installation, and plant expansions.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering roles within a manufacturing environment.- Proven experience leading engineering teams, ideally across multiple sites or a large-scale operation.- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.PREFERRED SKILLS:- Hands-on experience implementing Industry 4.0 tools, MES, automation, or digital manufacturing systems.- Proficiency with simulation tools (Arena, FlexSim, AutoMod) and advanced data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Python preferred).
