Let's make it happenWhat you will do:Lead and scale our performance marketing function across Europe, with direct ownership of channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates, TV, and Influencer Marketing, managing a €130 million annual marketing spend.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Country teams to align on goals and ensure fast execution, reporting directly to our CMO, Fatjon Meci.Drive commercial impact by ensuring our investments deliver profitable growth, guided by data and focused on business outcomes. Build and develop talent within a team of around 40 marketing experts,nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
