You are out to reimagine and reinvent what is possible—in your career as well as the world around you.So are we.We love taking on tough challenges, disrupting the status quo, and creating what is next.We are in search of talented people who are inspired by big challenges, driven to learn and grow, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference.The Recruiting and Onboarding team is committed to creating the most expansive culture in the world, and as part of that, we are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter for our Americas team.**Responsibilities include**:- Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within various organizations at HP; develops relationships with key leaders at the top of a business unit.- Understands the business/culture/processes and key people who will be involved in the hiring processes.- Drives greater career movements across HP by pro-actively sourcing from HP internal talent pool.- Provides advice to hiring managers on the hiring process and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government policies.- Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents opportunities to management.**Qualifications**: (required skills, experience, and education)**- First-level university degree preferred.- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience- Experienced in sourcing, recruiting, and closing hard-to-find, passive professionals.- Strong knowledge of recruitment external market practices and trends in the technical area- Solid experience and advanced skills in sourcing on job boards and social media outlets- Superior communications (written/verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills- Ability to analyze new solutions and long-term needs and solutions- Ability to build partnerships across various businesses.Ability to work in a collaborative manner and develop strong working relationships with clients, employees and HR colleagues- Strong consulting skills- Strong project management and prioritization skills- Ability to manage complex administrative processes concurrently- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Proficient with Applicant Tracking systems - WorkDay Recruiting experience a plus**Skills & Competencies**- Results driven, very high sense of urgency- Able to deal with ambiguity/ changing landscape- Able to balance strategic & operational aspects of the role- Exceptional virtual team, people leadership & influencing skills- Autonomous strategic thinker, team player and change driver - makes things happen- Expert analytical & problem-solving skills- Ability to communicate effectively across all employee groups (executives, managers & employees)
