**HR RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST (HYBRID)**

Location Tlaquepaque, Mexico

**YOUR TASKS**
- Contributing to developing and preparing a qualified position and requirements profile in collaboration with the respective specialist department as well as preparing external job advertisements in accordance with company regulations in agreement with the specialist departments
- Contributing to the selection and, possibly, recommendation of suitable recruiting tools depending on the requirements of the respective vacant post and taking external general conditions such as the labor market and competitor situation into account, as well as using respective recruiting tools (e.g. Internet search, job exchanges online, recruiting fairs, direct search) for applicant selection
- Carrying out active staff searches on the market as well as taking part in and, possibly, organizing external recruiting events
- Conducting structured job interviews in cooperation with the specialist department; informing the applicants about the company and personnel policies
- Conducting contract negotiations incl. determining employment remuneration within the scope of the company's remuneration policy, possibly, in coordination with the responsible supervisor
- Communicating with the Works Council about planned employment, carrying out employment formalities according to company regulations as well as testing and implementing formal conditions for labor contractual conclusion, modification or extension, and supplements to labor contracts
- Assisting in strategic activities such as participation in university job fairs, applicant days and information events

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor of Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office skills, meeting & communication techniques and SAP modules
- English advanced
- More than 1 year of Job related experience
