Commercial Project Manager-ED ForwardingKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with regional sales teams to identify and develop project cargo opportunities within Mexico and cross-border (NAM region).Support RFQ development, quoting, and pricing strategy for project cargo (break-bulk, heavy lift, OOG).Engage with clients and prospects to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.Act as a subject matter expert to position the company as a leader in the Mexican project logistics market.Manage end-to-end project cargo operations, including planning, coordination, and execution.Oversee compliance, documentation, permits, customs, and cargo handling for domestic and international movements.Work closely with CSR and support teams to ensure operational excellence, training them as the project volume grows.Vendor & Carrier ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, specialized transport providers, crane / lift vendors, and other key suppliers.Negotiate rates and service agreements that are competitive and support margin goals.Work closely with the NAM Regional Project Manager and Mexico Director to define strategy, develop reporting, and track KPIs.Mentor and train internal team members (Customer Service Reps) to support future project volume.Help establish processes, SOPs, and best practices for scalable project logistics execution in Mexico.Qualifications10+ years in project logistics, heavy lift, or OOG freight management (commercial and operational).Proven ability to quote and execute multimodal project shipments.Solid vendor and carrier network within Mexico and North America.Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.Fluency in Spanish and English is required.Experience in training or mentoring operational staff is a plus.#J-*****-Ljbffr
