About Nino DevelopmentAt Nino Development, we are a leading company in the commercial construction and roofing industry, committed to providing top-tier service and delivering high-quality roofing solutions.Position OverviewAs the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all roofing service operations for our commercial clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards.You will manage and supervise a team of technicians, coordinate service requests, and work closely with clients to address their roofing needs.This role requires a strong background in roofing and project management, with a focus on both technical and customer service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all commercial roofing service projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.Coordinate the activities of the roofing service team, including technicians and subcontractors, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, ensuring that all technicians are properly trained and have the tools and resources needed to perform their jobs.Conduct roof inspections to assess roofing conditions and recommend appropriate repair or replacement services.Develop and implement maintenance programs for commercial clients to extend the lifespan of their roofing systems.Work closely with clients to understand their roofing needs, provide estimates, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project.Manage the service scheduling and dispatching of roofing technicians, ensuring quick response times to service requests and issues.Ensure that all projects comply with safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations, including OSHA standards.Prepare and review cost estimates, proposals, and project documentation for roofing service projects.Monitor and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to roofing services, ensuring client satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of service work completed, including warranties, maintenance agreements, and service logs.Stay up to date on the latest roofing technologies, materials, and techniques to offer innovative solutions to clients.Ensure that all roofing service equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with a proven track record in service management or roofing project management.Strong knowledge of a variety of roofing systems, including flat roofs, shingle, metal, TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems.Experience in managing a team of roofing technicians and coordinating roofing projects from start to finish.Proficiency in roof inspections, identifying potential problems, and recommending appropriate solutions for commercial properties.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of roofing professionals.Knowledge of safety standards and construction regulations in the roofing industry, including OSHA requirements.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and address their concerns effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Ability to create and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects stay within financial limits.Familiarity with roofing tools and equipment, as well as technology used in the roofing industry.Proficiency in project management software (e.G., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar), and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed to service commercial clients across Mexico City.Equal Opportunity StatementNino Development is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Salary & BenefitsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $1,387 al añoBeneficios:#J-*****-Ljbffr
