About Our BusinessWe develop innovative AI and behavioral science solutions to help financial institutions improve their services, manage risks, and increase client engagement.Responsibilities:- Identify new opportunities in the LATAM market with banks, fintechs, and retailers to introduce our solutions.- Utilize a strong network of senior executives to access key decision-makers and accelerate sales processes.- Establish strategic partnerships with technology companies, credit bureaus, system integrators, and consulting firms.- Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and forums to position ourselves with senior executives.- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to generate qualified leads and new business opportunities.- Provide insights on market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform our go-to-market strategy.Requirements:- 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in banking, fintech, or analytics.- A proven network of senior executives in the banking or fintech industry.- Familiarity with scoring, risk analytics, personalization, or fraud prevention solutions.- Demonstrated success in market entry and expanding into new territories or business lines.- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).- Ability to travel within Latin America as required.
