We partner with sales on the administrative, advisory and analytical aspects of a renewal, including identifying upcoming renewals, responding to re‑pricing requests, determining historical consumption and pricing, positioning value, surfacing upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, proposing pricing and helping close deals. The Renewals Operations Associate will partner with AEs, Sales Management and Deal Pricing to retain and expand user revenue. The successful candidate will work with their sales team to produce and present compelling customer proposals, ensuring that contracts are renewed on‑time and quoted accurately.A successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically to identify cross‑functional challenges and build consensus within the team and across functions to execute against fluctuating volumes and complex projects.What You’ll DoWe are looking for dynamic and curious people who have a passion for solving global sales issues, building operations, driving process improvements, and want to play a key role in building Stripe’s global renewals motion. If you enjoy challenging scaled problems and are an amazing teammate, we want to hear from youResponsibilitiesProactively manage renewal pipelines and activity / engagement milestonesRespond over email to inbound user re‑pricing requestsResearch user purchase and renewal history and make recommendations based on prior activityGather requirements from Sales and user account signals for renewal expansion and upsell opportunitiesAssist with complex quote creation to allow Sales to focus on upsellExecute Stripe’s Renewals Desk strategy in alignment with Stripe’s Sales business strategyIdentify and optimize repeatable and scalable processes with an eye toward automation, re‑tooling and process improvementHelp cultivate a team culture that includes high ownership, customer‑first focus, fast‑paced high integrity and an optimistic and positive environmentWho You AreWe’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum Requirements1‑5 years of experience in Renewals Account Management or Customer SuccessProven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processesPossesses strong analytical skills with a consistent track record of contributing to team success by using data to inform decisions and display ownership to achieve positive outcomesHighly organized, comfortable with multitasking, and able to operate in ambiguous situationsPrior experience in a sales and/or customer‑facing roleStrong written and verbal command of EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with SQL, R or Python, or a willingness to learnExperience in tech payments or startup industriesBackground in predictive financial modeling or building business casesRequired ExperienceICKey SkillsBusinessInformation ManagementAccountingCorporate Risk ManagementFacultyJMSEmployment TypeFull TimeVacancy1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
