At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Sales Support Manager**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Process Automation organization and customers during the proposal process.Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Process Automation division in Mexico City.You will be mainly accountable for:- Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.- Knowledge on service proposal, regarding with service contracts, system upgrades, maintenance activities.- Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineer, Electronic and Communication Engineer, Automation Engineer, or related- From 2 to 5 years of professional experience related in a similar role- Advanced English communication skills, able to maintain business conversations.- Salesforce management and experience as desirable- Knowledge on service proposal, regarding with service contracts, system upgrades, maintenance activities.- Microsoft Office Excel management in an advanced level.**We also offer our employees the following benefits**:- Paid parental leave- Life insurance- Retirement plan- Health and dental insurance- Wellbeing program- Flex days- Employee Assistance Program (PAE)- Access to development platforms: Spark, Harvard Manager Mentor and English Learning EF English Live School (EF)
