Produzione- Posto indeterminato- Esperto del mestiereFAULHABER has been producing and distributing drive solutions in Switzerland for more than 60 years.In June ****, the subsidiaries in Switzerland merged into a single company under the new name **FAULHABER SA**.The headquarters are located in Croglio, Ticino, where FAULHABER initially founded its first Swiss location in ****.Our site in **Croglio**, located close to the Italian border, is covering an area of around **** m2 and employs 280 people who develop and produce a broad spectrum of motor, gearhead and linear drive technology that form part of the extensive range of FAULHABER products.**SCOPE OF THE ROLE****Ensure that all products in the production line are delivered on time, in the correct quantity, with the correct quality, in accordance with the specifications and avoiding waste**:**MAIN ACTIVITIES**- Ensure the sustainable achievement of the agreed annual targets in terms of cost, quality, schedule, lead-time- Project management focused on achieving of targets, defined by the project itself, costs and timelines- Ensure that the approved production budget and the investment plan are respected- Ensure the optimal conditions that allow the staff to meet their goals.This is achieved via technical and organizational skills as well as through the promotion of individually necessary training- Ensure the continuous development of the assigned production line, including the organization of regular tours with employees to promote constant improvement- Responsible for the assigned production line and in particular regarding work conditions, accidents prevention and environmental protection**REQUIREMENTS**- Diploma in mechanical or electronic engineering or education management/comparable experience- At least 3 years of experience in leading production teamswithin an industrial company- Knowledge of production processes and project management concepts- ERP (SAP) knowledge- Languages: Italian, English- Leadership and people management expertise as well as problem-solving skills- Customer-oriented and team work is required- Open minded approach**Benefits**:- Flexible Working Time- Social Insurance contributions in favor of the employee- Continuos training- Canteen**Bitte eingeben..**:- Christine Hasel- Faulhaber SA- Via Cantonale **** Croglio
