If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a “service-first” mindset, one of these positions is for you Role 1 - Referral Specialist (Podiatric Care) Become the primary link between patients and specialized clinics. Ensure a seamless experience by managing the patient lifecycle from first contact to clinical appointment. Key Focus: Patient outreach, insurance verification, and appointment coordination. Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends off).

Ideal for profiles with medical billing or clinical call center experience. Role 2 - Caregiver Scheduler (Home Care) Drive the operational core of home health services. Match the right caregivers with families, ensuring continuous patient care. Key Focus: Real-time problem solving, caregiver utilization, and shift management.

Schedule: Rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday) Window: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM PST. Ideal for logistics experts, dispatchers, or hospitality professionals (Concierge/Reservations).

What We Are Looking

For Language: Advanced English proficiency (C1 Level - written and verbal).

Experience

1+ year of consistent employment history.

Skills

Proficiency in EHR/CRM systems, strong multitasking abilities, and high empathy. Location: Must be based in Mérida, Yucatán (On-site).
