Business Architect (Operations) – Klar Join Klar, a Mexican fintech startup on a mission to democratize financial services across Mexico. Position Overview This full‑time role is based at Klar’s Mexico City office with a hybrid model: we expect in‑office presence 2–3 days a week. Responsibilities Support operational and analytical initiatives at Klar. Conduct data analysis and prepare presentations. Identify improvement opportunities and automate processes. Perform manual operations using internal software applications. Qualifications Technical (hard skills) Advanced English proficiency. Advanced Excel – formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc. Intermediate/Advanced SQL. Basic Python. Knowledge of Tableau is a plus. Non‑technical (soft skills) Problem‑finder and problem‑solver with strong analytical thinking. Self‑starter, proactive, and organized. Excellent written and verbal communication. Collaborative and supportive of teammates. Clear and structured approach to work. Offer Competitive salary based on performance and experience.
