Sap Development Lead

Req ID : We are currently seeking a SAP Development Lead to join our team in Mexico City, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX). In these roles you will be responsible for: Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP technical development including customization experience with SAP ABAP involving ECC or SAP S/4 HANA. Minimum 5 years of experience as part of a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project with on and off‑shore resources. Minimum 3 years of experience on integration developments involving SAP and/or non‑SAP Middleware tools. Minimum 3 years of Project Management and Team Leading experience involving Agile Methodologies. Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Requirements for this role include: Earned SAP S/4 Certifications. Development experience on SAP Business Technology Platform and Integration Suite. SAP FIORI/UI5 related mobility development experience. SAP Embedded Analytics related development experience. S/4 HANA On‑Prem and Cloud deployment options. SAP's business development process works, have good understanding on some SAP functional areas and you can help clients understand how SAP will help their company do more. Preferences: Solid analytical/problem‑solving skills. Ability to evaluate IT and business challenges from a broad perspective. Strong influencing and excellent communication skills. Ability to translate between non‑technical business users and technical IT resources. Strong client service attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills.
