Human Resources Representative I – Parker Hannifin Position Summary Responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on managing operational recruitment and managing information and payroll of employees and their changes through the use of Human Resources systems (IDSE, People Soft). This role adheres to legal obligations, Parker procedures, and ethics to contribute to employee well‑being and achieve organizational goals. Responsibilities Recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel. Follow‑up with employment agencies for recruitment and billing. Integration of new employee files (collect documentation) and complete the entry checklist (contracts, agreements, badges, etc.). Coordination of induction and follow‑up of employees during training period and coach programs. On‑boarding process for salary team members. Responsible for the movements in the AON portal for major medical insurance. Control of 90‑day evaluations (preparation, delivery and recovery). Responsible for new hires movements in IDSE. Responsible for employee resignation process (attention, notification to supervisor, check‑list completion, account deletion, discounts, termination generation, etc.). Support execution of motivational programs and events, social, cultural, recreational, sports activities (annual calendar), and employee retention programs. Support organizational communication (newsletters, bulletin boards, suggestion box, meetings, videos). Administration of employee services (letters, badges, transportation, cafeteria, lockers, general assistance, uniforms, etc.). Person in charge of the employee file. Escalations with service suppliers (transportation, cleaning, nursing). Registration of service tickets and purchase orders. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline. Experience: 1 year of experience with Human Resources administration processes. Experience recruiting operational positions. English level: intermediate. Technical Skills Operational Recruitment.
