IT Desktop Engineer - Vulnerability Remediation & Data Analysis Location: Monterrey, Mexico Years of Experience: 3+ Years Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on desktop engineering and vulnerability remediation. Strong understanding of workstation operating systems (Windows, macOS) and security vulnerabilities. Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/SCCM), Jamf). Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, scripting languages). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating tasks and data analysis. Knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g.,IST, CIS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Security certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH) are a plus.
