**Descripción del Puesto: Analista Techno-Funcional de ServiceNow****Ubicación**: Ingredion, Torre Andares, Puerta de Hierro, ZapopanIngles: Avanzado**Resumen del Rol**Buscamos un **Analista Techno-Funcional de ServiceNow** que apoye el diseño, implementación y optimización de soluciones técnicas en ServiceNow y Workday.Este rol es clave para gestionar el Centro de Servicios Compartidos de RRHH, garantizando una colaboración efectiva entre el equipo de RRHH y los proveedores.**Responsabilidades Clave**- **Análisis de Procesos**: Traducir procesos de seguridad de RRHH en datos y flujos de trabajo en ServiceNow.- **Gestión de Servicios**: Administrar la entrega de servicios en el frontend y backend de ServiceNow.- **Informes**: Generar KPIs y reportes para el Centro de Servicios Compartidos.- **Colaboración**: Trabajar con partes interesadas para resolver solicitudes y defectos.- **Desarrollo Técnico**: Diseñar y desplegar soluciones, gestionar versiones y realizar pruebas.- **Integración**: Colaborar en la integración de datos entre ServiceNow y Workday.**Competencias y Atributos Deseados**- Fuerte capacidad de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.- Excelente comunicación y enfoque en el servicio al cliente.- Experiência en ServiceNow y Workday.**Conocimientos y Requisitos**- Título en RRHH, Administración, Informática o similar.- 3+ años en Servicios Compartidos de RRHH o RRHH Operativo.- Conocimiento de políticas de RRHH, beneficios y nómina.- Certificación de Administrador del Sistema ServiceNow (esencial).- Habilidades en MS Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.**Beneficios**- Vales de despensa (8%), fondo de ahorro (5%), seguro de gastos médicos mayores (familiar).- 12 días de vacaciones, 2 días de PTO, ayuda psicológica y nutricional.- Acceso a gimnasio y comedor, y un bono anual del 7%.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: Hasta $55,****** al mesLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en *****, Zapopan, Jal.
