This role will support the PFNA Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) function with Reporting and Metrics in support of the Field organization and HQ EHS team.2. The nature of the work is to monitor, complete and deliver accurate reports related to EHS metrics.The role will also include responsibility to help improve the capability, efficiency and reliability of the key reports, tools and dashboards3. Support future digitization and modernization of ETL processes and apps for the EHS function**Responsibilities**:- Complete on time, resolve any discrepancies, escalate to other team members and/or communicate with business teams as necessary.- Monitor successful data updates and availability and work with other users for support.- Help improve the reliability of the key reports and tools- Partner strategically to support the digitization and modernization of EHS reporting systemsQualifications:- Fluent in English- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of equivalent work experience in business systems,information technology, engineering or similar field required- 1+ years of Power BI, and Power Apps experience- 1+ years of programming experience (VBA, Python, etc.)- Intermediate SQL skills (e.g., Joins, Group By, Select, Update, Delete)- Intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, conditional formatting)- Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with external data vendors- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively- Excellent written and oral communications skills- Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and toolsThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
