You will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and controlling warehousing to ensure efficient inventory and warehouse management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives. You will also plan and oversee the plant’s Dispensary operations for raw and packaging materials to provide consistent quality ingredients to production in an efficient and cost-effective manner. How You Will Contribute Be accountable for the Warehouse Operations Plan, and coordinate & manage receipt, issue, disposal of raw/packaging materials and finished goods inventories in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Deliver inventory accuracy objectives and ensure operational requirements are consistently applied while complying with all boundaries & requirements. Provide appropriate and properly maintained materials handling/movement equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations. Achieve autonomous and progressive maintenance goals for warehouse equipment & SG&A teams to eliminate losses & downtime. Lead optimum utilization of warehouse space; conduct regular capacity planning. Ensure storage and handling of all materials and finished goods adheres to standard palletizing, stacking and storage requirements. Manage and control replenishment of stock at Distributor’s warehouses, analyze inventory movements to keep inventory levels manageable, avoid runouts or overstock, and maintain product freshness. Develop & implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for efficient warehouse operation. Ensure cost targets are met via efficient utilization of equipment, workforce and utilities. Monitor and control material wastage and variance to generate productivity savings. Maintain strong governance & compliance (warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, Quality management system audits) to ensure safety and quality requirements are met and drive ownership among teams. Accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement; identify and implement levers to attract, retain & develop talent and build capability at all levels, both technical and behavioral. Interface with key stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships, align priorities to deliver company objectives and ensure 100% compliance to standards, policies and local laws. What You Will Bring Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management and handling material movement equipment. Computer proficiency (MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in ERP (SAP) systems. Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and problem-solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management. Ability to lead a team, develop and align goals, manage individual development plans, and coach team members on performance and career development.
