At D. Catcher, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager for a global manufacturing company. In this position, you will oversee and manage all warehouse activities, playing a key role in inventory management, stock control, and optimizing operations.**Role Description**- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security standards in the warehouse.- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.- Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.- Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to support the planning and scheduling of material flow.- Utilize warehouse management software to track and record all warehouse activities and transactions.- Prepare and analyze various reports related to warehouse operations, inventory levels, and customer orders.- Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehouse processes, systems, and layouts.**Qualifications**- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management- Experience in manufacturing companies (preferably not highly structured nor too automated)- Prior experience in implementing process-from-scratch would be desirable- Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems like SAP- Excellent organizational and leadership skills- Proficiency in both English and Spanish**Offer**- 40,000 - 50,000 mxn monthly- Food vouchers- Saving Fund
