Responsibilities / TasksDevelop the new machines sales strategy and ensure a GEA approach to customers within the country (cooperation with Head of Sales).Identifying opportunities for new machines sales in Refrigeration Industry.Actively managing key customer accounts in Refrigeration Industry.Operate in partnership with service sales engineers, service technicians and other team members to identify "up-sell" and "cross-sell" opportunities to maximize revenue and improve overall customer experience.Manage individual day to day activities with possible responsibility for multiple Refrigeration business application to ensure consistent approach and optimized performance.Coordinate development of new machines sales strategy within country / clusterLead new machines sales activities within defined Refrigeration BU, allocate resources and prioritize initiativesIn collaboration with Food & Healthcare Technologies Head of Sales and Division, agree on annual new machine sales budget.Coordinate new machines sales planning, forecasting and reporting.Ensure employee engagement by effectively communicating new machines sales strategy and visionWork together with new service sales engineers and service technicians to ensure coordinated sales approach.Your Profile / QualificationsUniversity degree in one of the main Engineering fieldsMinimum 4 years of experience in sales within the industrial refrigeration sector - We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in industrial refrigeration applications.Strong capital equipment or service sales experience in Refrigeration Business.Familiarity with GEA service offerings and local market requirements of different customer groups.Excellent communicator, written and verbal.Capable of implementing strategic new machines sales planWhat will you find being part of GEA?Exciting professional challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a global operating environment.A work culture that promotes the spirit of innovation where our engineers create, develop and implement world-class solutions.We believe in delivering a true work experience in an equal opportunity environment that values difference and diversity.Market competitive salary and benefits complemented by flexible and autonomous work arrangements.#J-*****-Ljbffr
